School Times
As you may have seen, the Government announced earlier this year 2023 that they intend to introduce a minimum school day length for all schools in the country. They expect all schools in England to be open for a minimum of 32 hours and 30 minutes a week from September2023. For context, this is how our current school week looks.
The School Day
8.45am - 3.15pm 
DAILY ROUTINES
There will be a member of staff on the gate from 8.35 am to allow children to come into school for a soft start. If there are any questions please can you ask the member of staff and they will be happy to help.
Class 1 - doors are open from 8:35 for children to go straight into school via the side entrance.
Class 2 & Class 3 - the main door into school will be open from 8.35 for children to go straight into school and to their classroom.
8.35 am – 8.45 am
Arrival of Children
8.45 am
Registration - Children have to be in school by this time. The gates will be shut at this time.
10.45 am to 11 am
Playtime
12.00 pm to 1 pm
Lunchtime
3.15 pm
School finishes
